1) How can I check my order status?
Visit Order List in My Account to check your order status. You can check out about whether your oder is shipped or not, the shipping date, tracking No.
Tracking Shipments
We freely offer tracking number for order over USD50.00. You can get the tracking number as per the steps below:

2) How can I place the first order?
Placing an order with Laserpenshop.com is easy. There's no need to create an account before placing an order. You can create an account when you pay for your first order online. We cannot accept orders by phone, fax, or Email. All orders must be placed online.
Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order. If you have any problems when following these steps, please contact us.
(1) Find the Items You Want
At first, you need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page of Laserpenshop.com website.
You will also find links to browse lists and more detailed product-specific searches in the top navigation bar.
When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the product item to see its detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.

(2) Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item from Laserpenshop.com, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order.
You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the button at the top right of every page of our website.
(3) Buy the Items and Check Out Directly
If you click the "Buy Now button on the item's detail page, you come to checkout page directly with adding the item to your shopping cart.
(4) Choose a Shipping Method
Laserpenshop.com offers free shipping to worldwide countries. But only freely provide tracking number when the order amount is over USD50.00. If your order Amount is less than USD50.00 and you want to get tracking number, you can choose “Registered Airmail + USD1.70”, Tracking Number will be offered to you!
Of course, you also can choose EMS or UPS for delivery. If you still need other Express Delivery like DHL, TNT, FedEx, please click here to contact us.
(5) Enter a Shipping Address
Tell us where you would like to ship your order. Please make sure your address is correct. Otherwise, the package will be missed.
(6) Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all the items you've chosen in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase the item right away, click the "Remove" button. The item will be removed from your current Shopping Cart. If you encounter difficulty or receive an error message, please contact us.
(7) Sign In / Create a New Account
Enter your Email address and set your password. Then you can sign in immediately. (We recommend that you confirm your Email address because you can get 50 Laserpenshop points when you register an account successfully.)
(8) Checkout Payment Information
Laserpenshop.com only accepts payment via PayPal. Before you pay for the orders, you can click the “Check Out with PayPal” button. If you haven’t ID in the PayPal, please create one as per the instruction of PayPal. It is easy. Any question, you can contact local PayPal branch by visiting http://www.paypal.com.
(9) Review Shipping Address and Pay for Your Order
Double check the shipping address whether it is correct address. Then please settle your payment. Our customer service representatives will double confirm the abnormal address with you.

(10) Check Your Order Status
If you would like to review or change something about the unpaid order you placed before it enters the shipping process, please visit the Order List in My Account on the upper right corner of most pages. Here you will be able to change the particulars of your unpaid order without having to contact us.

3) What is Payment method?
1. Laserpenshop.com accepts PayPal only for retail payment!
2. Order will be shipped to your verified address, please make sure it's correct before settling payment. Laserpenshop.com Service center will double confirm the abnormal address with you. The Payment process of PayPal is easy when you shop on Laserpenshop.com.
3. Generally, E-check and pending payment will take 3-4 business days to complete totally.

6) Does Laserpenshop.com offer refund guarantee?
Yes.
Laserpenshop.com allows most products to be returned for a refund within 30 days as of the delivery date. You can refer to Product Warranty. We'll refund your payment upon receiving the return package. Additional deductions for refunds will be made depending on current market value.
7) Can I change my order once it has been processed?
Unfortunately you cannot.
If you contact us immediately after placing the order, we can probably make the change(s) you request. If the order has been charged, we cannot make any change and the order will have to be cancelled.
8) I want to add items to my order, what should I do?
You can add items to your shopping cart if you have not clicked "Check Out by PayPal" button.
If you have clicked the "Check Out by PayPal" button, but still have not made payment, you can delete it in the order list, and place another new order.
If your order is paid and processed, unfortunately, you can't add items, but you can place another new order.
If the paid order isn’t processed, you can contact us. Customer service representatives will handle it for you manually.
9) I have ordered, but no item in the order list, what should I do?
There might be some errors when you place your orders. We propose that you sign in PayPal account and check whether the payment is successful. If you confirm that your payment has been made, please contact us. Laserpenshop.com service center will handle it for you manually.
10) I have paid, why the order status is still unpaid?
Since PayPal server will be delayed sometimes, please wait 2-4 hours and check it again. If it still shows “Unpaid”, please provide your email and order ID number, we'll check and fix the problem.
11) I have paid, why there's nothing in my order list?
On very rare occasion, the order won't appear in Order List. Firstly, Make sure you have paid it. Please leave a message in My Account with your Email address, order ID (you can get the order ID from your PayPal confirm email) and item SKU, Laserpenshop.com service center will check and handle it for you.
12) Can I cancel my order and get refunds?
If the order status is “Unpaid”, you can delete it directly.
If the order status is “Paid”, you can only cancel it before the order is shipped.
Once the products are sent out, you can not cancel your order. And you can choose to send back the unopened products. We will refund after we receive them.
Please note Laserpointer.com does not pay the return shipping cost for this return item, and we are not responsible if goods were lost when send back without tracking. We will deal with the refund within 1-3 business days after we receive the return goods.
13) What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
Please check your Order List to make sure whether order was sent in one package. If items are sent separately, please be patient for another one. If all packages have been delivered but you're still missing an item, check the packing clearly for small item.
If you are unable to locate the item at last, please take a photo which shows any labels of the packing and contact us via RMA Request.
14) What should I do if I want to return a product within warranty?
Please make sure the item is not broken by you. If you don't know how to use the product, please contact us for help. If you really want to return it, please contact us for via RMA Request in My Account.
15) What happens when my order status is “shipped partially”?
Maybe one or some items in your order are out of stock. It will take some time for our logistic department to restock. Laserpenshop.com will ship the other products with stock priority. So the order status is “shipped partially”. Once there are any uncontrolled elements that affect the unshipped product, Laserpenshop.com will keep you posted.
16) How long will it take to process the back order?
It will take about 5 days or less to process the back order. Also if you are anxious to get it, you can choose some similar items for replacing. For the price difference herein, you can contact Laserpenshop.com customer service center by Leave Message in My Account. Of course, you can choose to cancel this item and get refunds.
Several elements can lead to back order. Out of stock is the main reason. Laserpenshop.com has a strong logistic team to handle it in time. Generally, Back order can be shipped within1-3 business days.
17) What should I note before ordering?
You should understand product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards, and that the adapters and other standards are correct for your country.
18) Can I review, change or cancel my order?
You can review your order list anytime in My Account after you Sign In Laserpenshop .com.
If the order status is "Unpaid", you can remove or change it directly.
If the order status is "Paid", you can only cancel it before the order is processed, the time will be in 0-24hours.
Once the products are sent, you cannot cancel your order. And you can send back the unopened products. We will refund your money or ship another replacement when we receive them.
Please note, Laserpenshop.com does not pay return shipping cost for this return item. And we are not responsible if goods were lost when sending back without tracking. We will deal with the refund within 1-3 business days after we receive the return goods.
